Returns
At this time we are unable to accept returns.

Please know our Eye shadow palettes and liquid lipsticks are exempt from being returned due to hygiene purposes.

Refunds (if applicable)
If your item was returned due to an incorrect address provided at check out. You will be refunded for cost of goods minus shipping through a gift card or store credit. If you were offered free shipping at time of purchase, shipping and return cost will be deducted.

Order Cancellation
We are unable to cancel an order after it has been placed because we process orders immediately after it has been placed. We always encourage customers to please be sure of their ordering decision before an order is placed.

Sale items (if applicable)
unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Options
If you are shipping an item over $100, Please consider using Fedex Ground at Checkout. Uncertainties occur in transit and Fedex Ground provided good insurance to cover your goods in case it's lost or stolen.
